Thumbnail Images of published apps don't show to users

I have a problem. Most of my users can't see the custom thumbnail images of some apps:

The screenshot is just an example of one of my users, it's about a dozen apps with that problem.

What could be the reason for this?

I myself can see all custom thumbnail images of published apps (I have Root Admin rights). But my users can't.

All of these thumbnail images reside in a special content library "Top Images". This content library has a security rule of its own.

I have a audited the rule. It allows everyone to read from the library.

All of the images reside on the server in the StaticContentRoot fold

Default images (like the one on the right) show without problems. Some few of the custom thumbnails show, most don't. I'm completely at a loss why this could be.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Can you try something like this ?

By adding "!user.IsAnonymous()" in the Conditions block.

Hi @Antoine04 , it worked. 😁 Thank you so much. But why did it work? My users aren't anonymous..

Indeed, the question mark (!) means the opposite.

So it basically means for NO anonymous user.
