Hi,
i have a user who gets the message, that he has too many sessions open in parallel since over a week now.
However this is not the case. He is just using Qlik in his browser (only one tab even though this shoudlnt make a difference).
No smartphone, no APIs, etc. - it just doesnt make 'Sense' ...
I attached the log from the Operations Monitor from the login attempt of that user from yesterday.
You can see that multiple sessions are created instantly and we have no idea why.
I am completely lost, can somebody help me with this?
First check on which user account that Qlik Sense services are running, if it is the same. Create a new account for the user and give it to them.
