Stitch for incremental data load

Can we use Stitch exclusively for incremental data loads while manually loading all historical data from Zuora into Snowflake? Please help me with the settings

Zuora is listed as a possible data source in Stitch and Snowflake is listed as a destination. Stitch is by default incremental where each file has the delta. What I do not understand in your question is the manual process. How do you want to perform that and with what tool? Do you want to save incremental and historical in the same location?

Yes. Unless I did not understand your question, I do not see why not.
