Trying to Log In & having issues

Hi all,

I am trying to login to my stitch fix account and it's saying that my account isn't active. I don't know why that's happening. I need to get into my account to return the current box I received... I tried to do a password reset but I can't even do that because it says my account isn't active. Please help, has this happened to anyone else? What do I do? I emailed support already.

Hello,

Could you please show us your error message about your stitch account inactive issue? Are you getting the following error message?

We had this issue before and we can reactivate the account, though as a heads up, this will recur if no data is loaded for another 40 days afterwards.

I think you are confusing products. This board is for Stitchdata.com
