Qlik Sense SaaS: Tasks set to inactive after sequential reload failures

Tasks set up in Qlik Sense Business or Qlik Sense Enterprise on Cloud Services are set to inactive after 5 failed reloads.

A message informing the user that their schedule is being disabled is appended to the reload log when the reload fails 5 times in a row.

This is working as designed.

Qlik internal reference: QLIK-102289: Tasks set to inactive after sequential reload failures.

Hello, @sfbi Looks like this was addressed by printing a message informing the user that their schedule is being disabled.  The message is appended to the reload log when the reload fails 5 times in a row.

Hi @Sonja_Bauernfeind ok... found on log "exceeded limit of 5 consecutive reload failures. Scheduled reload has been disabled. Please fix error and re-enable schedule."

This should be send as notifications and by email, as we're not always looking into logs.

Thank you...

Hello @sfbi I agree!

Our product teams and developers are always looking for user feedback. And it's always better coming from our customer base itself. If you would like, you could log an idea here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Ideas/idb-p/qlik-ideas

If you ping me after I can go ahead and give it a vote!
