Hi Sonja, we have a multi cloud installation, with apps published by qlik sense on-premise on qlik cloud. on these apps there is no possibility of being able to set the insight advisor flag in hub. How can we solve it? Thanks in advance
I have the same issue noted by @f_gagliardi on a customer. No matter if I set the flag to enable Insight Advisor in Hub, it´s not enable on Qlik Cloud.
The only advice I have currently is to check if you have Insight Advisor enabled in the license and otherwise correctly set up in your on-premise install. Will update you again once I know more.
sorry Sonja, I forgot to specify that on the Qlik Sense OnPremise part we can set up and use Insight Advisor normally, so the license allows it. Thanks again, best regards Francesco
Today if an app is not configured for Insight Advisor Chat on client managed, then when the app is distributed to the Cloud it will not be switched on there either. It also cannot be toggled on at present from the cloud.
If you have Chat on client-managed and have toggled on the app before it gets distributed, then that should copy across.
For any specific requirements and challenges, I recommend logging a support ticket.
