Qlik Cloud Analytics launchedenhanced self-servicescheduling capabilities on April 14th, 2025. Details about the new self-service scheduling functionality can be found in Scheduling data refreshes with tasks.
These new capabilities allow users to create multiple tasks to schedule refreshes of apps, scripts, and data flows. This replaces aself-service scheduling system offering one schedule per analytics asset.
In addition, theWhen data is refreshedconfiguration option has been removed. This option enabled users to automatically run reload schedules when dependent datasets generated by Qlik Talend Data Integration projects were updated.
Existing reload schedules (now organized as tasks) configured with the When data is refreshed option continue to function as they normally do. However, creating new tasks with this option or configuring it for existing tasks is not currently possible.
You can read more about the original implementation of the new self-service scheduling functionality in What's New in Qlik Cloud: Self-Service Scheduling – Task Chaining & Multi-Task Support.

Hello Qlik admins,
The Qlik Sense Mobile SaaS mobile client (version 1.176.0 and later) now incorporates additional defense-in-depth security features that help ensure mobile devices meet various compliance standards. If the operating environment is found to deviate from these standards, access may be restricted and an alert issued. Please ensure that your organization’s mobile OS and network configurations are maintained in line with industry best security practices.
If the client detection feature determines the app is being opened on a compromised device, a message will display indicating the identified condition and the mobile app will not open.
Please note that no root or jailbreak detection method can guarantee 100% accuracy, as threat techniques continue to evolve. While false positives may occasionally occur, our detection mechanisms are implemented in accordance with industry-recognized security best practices.

The following public URLs will have their IP addresses changed on the 19th of May 2025:
talend-update.talend.com
update.talend.com
talendforge.org
This change is being done in a consolidation effort and will only affect your environment if you have previously created firewall exceptions for the old set of IP addresses. Note that Qlik does not recommend the use of IP addresses in exceptions. Add domain names to your allowlists wherever possible.
For a list of changes and to review what possible impact this may have, see Qlik Talend: Public IP address changes.

Qlik DataTransfer will be officially End-of-Life by the end of Q1 2026.
It will be removed from the Product Downloads site later this year and will no longer be available for new installations or upgrades. Qlik will provide support until April 30, 2026.
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend you begin utilizing Qlik Data Gateway – Direct Access, the supported alternative.
Note that the initial release of Qlik DataTransfer (November 2024, version 10.4.0) will not work after June 24th, 2025. If you still need to use Qlik DataTransfer beyond June, upgrade to the Service Release version 10.4.4.
How do I get started with Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access?
We have compiled a list of resources to assist you in adopting Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access:
Setup Guide: Qlik Data Gateway – Direct Access
Walkthrough Video: Qlik Data Gateway – Direct Access
Troubleshooting Video: STT - Troubleshooting Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access
Additionally, for those needing feature parity with Qlik DataTransfer, we recommend pairing with the File Connector via Direct Access, REST Connector via Direct Access, and the generic ODBC Connector.
