Login + Popup box

We've been on the Cloud for over a year now - and every time I login - we get the attached popup.

How do I turn this off ?

Yes, I suppose I should add - that each time I login, it comes back. I'm well aware of where everything is now in Cloud Console after having used it for nearly 18 months.

Have you tried using different browsers or incognito mode perhaps?

Occurs the same regardless of server or local workstation, and same in all browsers.
Happens multiple times a day as logins to TMC time-out.
Minor annoyance.

I'm in cloud too but I don't have it. Maybe it wants you to make alert configuration or clicking the bell icon?

Yes - have tried clicking got it. It comes back each day.

Strange, have you tried disabling "show welcome message" in your profile?

do you have any ad-blockers or privacy extensions on browser? they could prevent the site from saving the acknowledgment. In case you have you can disable extensions temporarily and try clicking "Got It" again

I've been advised this should pop up each each new release.  I'll just keep clicking ignore/Accept and try not to let it make me crazy.
