on the Support Case intake site, I do not see any option to select the following products:
How, then can we specify the correct product when opening a case? Do others see the same limited product selection when entering a case?

For Problem Type, please pick "Product Related"
Then, For Talend Cloud or Talend Studio, simply select "Talend" as the "Product Category".
For "Talend Cloud", there is an option but you may need to scroll down a bit through the list to see it.
For "Talend Studio", please select "Talend Data Integration".
For "Qlik Talend Cloud" (Often abbreviated to "QTC" or "QCDI"), select "Qlik Cloud" and then "Qlik Cloud Data Integration".
