Talend Remote Engine - Heartbeat lost

Hi everybody,

I have two remote engines both running on Windows Server 2019 and both running Talend remote engine release: 2.12.14

Just for one of those engines I facing the following issue:

- It appears as unavailable in TMC.

- I have checked Karaf.log file and I found that:

I have run several tests in both servers just to compare that everything is fine:

- Comparation of installed Microsoft KBs. Everything is equal.

- I have run the following commands obtaining the same results in both engines:

So, I don't find any reason because one server can't send the hearbeat and the other can.

If you can suggest me further steps to analyse and find the root cause, it would be awesome.

Do you have some errors / warnings about Heartbeat in the karaf.log ?
