Unable to start Cloud Engine for Design (Status: Unavailable)

I am unable to start the Cloud Engine for Design in Talend Management Console. The status is showing as Unavailable, and it remains stuck at Cloud Engine for Pipelines is starting.

Steps tried:

Attempted to restart the engine.

Kindly help me resolve this issue and confirm if any configuration or restart from backend is required.

If you click on your  "Cloud Engine for Design" , what is the "id" displayed in the right panel ? 
In which Data Center is located your Talend Cloud account ?
