Hi All,
While creating hierarchies, whenever we add a child to a hierarchy,it is getting added but the hierarchy is also duplicated .Is it a bug or is there any configuration to prevent this...Please find the attached screenshot for clarity.


And also while drag and drop of child from one hierarchy to another it just updates the existing child which should not happen,rather it should add as an additional child.Please give some insights on this also.
