[resolved] Where does MDM actually store the data?

Hi, I created an entity (employee) and a container and entered some records to it using the web UI. 
My question is, where are these records physically stored?? 
Do, Talend store in XML files in the HDD, because there was no DB installed or any mention of it..

Hi,
It should be stored in XML database which is used to store the MDM repository and your master data records.
Please take a look at document:TalendHelpCenter:MDM databases and other MDM configuration subjects.

Thanks Sabrina. So, now it's clear that SQL DBs are the preferred choice since XML DB is deprecated.
