Hi!
I am currently working on a import I have to make. In this import I have to add a value like this:
row, value --------------------- 1, thisismykey 2, thisismyvalue
I have a bunch of specific values and have to add a row before each of them with the key.
Any idea how to do this with talend?
Thank you,
Christian
OK, so your output is a key record with its value in the following record. Out of interest, how can you be sure that the db/file sticks to this structure? What if two keys are added in a row, will that not throw out all of the results? That aside (the reason I asked, is that anything else added per record might help you in solving this), can you show us how your data is provided?
This requirement can be achieved reasonably easily, but it is better to be aware of the full problem (input and output schemas) before answering.
Hi!
Thanks for your answer! I have a file I receive with productId and features, a html encoded text:
productID; features; 12345; <p>Features go here</p>;
My software requires my import to be like this:
productID; key; value;
12345; tab1 name; Features;
12345; tab1 content; <p>Features go here</p>;
So I do need add the tab1 name row for each features entry.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Christian
