Can't connect to talend Community in Talend Studio

I get so tired of the prompt to connect to Community and yet when I put in my user id (or even email) and password, it will reject the credentials. The credentials work just fine online.

@RJ Palombo​ , please send an email to community_help@talend.com and let us know which account do you use to login from studio, we will investigate it and help you.
