Cannot apply drag and drop operation on this component currently

Hello,

I am using Talend Data Services 7.1

I created a joblet and when I drag joblet from the repository in order to use it, it displays a panel tell me that I cannot use in a job designer 

Please any suggestion to resolve this issue.
