Cell format is not Date

my input date Column  is in this format. 

when am Run my job Talend says The cell Format in not  Date.  

how can i convert into dd-MM-yyyy format.

Advanced settings, you might wanna try read real values for numbers

Or read the column as a string ... and go from there.
your example shows allready 'wrong' date values.

And for sure... check dont validate the cells and ignore the warning

Alternatively you could read the xlsx files as xml but first unzip them with your favorite unzipper! I would go for this option!
