Change workspace in Talend cloud

Referred this document-https://help.talend.com/reader/6SB6Qfc014RWM4mEltupHA/aGv0vhBjo5t9pxSTUWKFnA on how to move tasks between workspaces in the same environment and also tried. But currently this is not working, not able to change the workspaces.

The steps that are followed -

1. In cloud have a Default Environment with 2 working workspaces, Prod and Test.
2. The job is published in Test workspace for testing.
3. After successful testing, need to move the Job/Task from Test workspace to Prod workspace. But this is not happening now, initially this worked.

FYI, our developer has updated the jira issue:
fixed in R2020-01 release. will be delivered to Production in Feb 2020
