Collect the rows which throws "Conflict" exception

Hello

I want to parse csv and insert rows it to Azure Table. And need to collect the rows which throws "Conflict" exception during the loop.
And save this conflicted row in another file.

Some how not able to design the flow as there is no catch block in my Talend studio license

Is there a way to implement it?
