Combine streaming and batch jobs

Hi ,

i m new to Talend.

Looking for ideas to combine streaming and batch jobs. 
In this case:kanaka—(streaming)—Talend —(macro batches)—Marketo

One way to buffer the data in Talend would be writing to temp files.

Any other suggestion?. Thanks.
