Command line build

Does anybody use "github.com/aodn/talend-codegen", How to build this plugin? I was follow pointed steps but get "Missing requirement: au.org.emii.talend.codegen 7.1.1 requires 'bundle org.eclipse.platform 0.0.0' but it could not be found" error.

Are you using talend open studio? So far, the command line feature is available in talend subscription solution.
