Commandline - createTask

I am using Talend Enterprise Data Integration v 5.4.1
We are trying to automate our deployment process as much as possible.
In TAC (JOB CONDUCTOR) there are two ways to add an execution task.
1. Add execution task on a Job based on SVN repository
2. Add an execution task on a pre-generated Job ( pre-generated job .zip file produced in Studio)

Using Commandline createTask command, for the first way, I can specify the job name in the 'job name' parameter.
Is it possible to use createTask for the second way as well? There doesn't appear to be any parameter to use for the .zip file name.
Also is it possible using CommandLine or Metaservlet to create triggers as opposed to creating this manually in JOB CONDUCTOR?
TIA

Bump.
Is someone in Talend team able to answer this question please?
TIA
