Connecting to AWS S3 bucket -

i need to connect to AWS S3 bucket and get a file from there.

i tried wit access key and security key but it failed stating invalid Access key.

Any ways i believe access key and security keys are user specific.

As i need to run the job in EC2 instance, i checked for the option  'inherit credential from AWS role'

when i select this checkbox, it does not ask me to provide any credentials.

What are the changes which i need to make in order to use the option  'inherit credential from AWS role'

I used inherit credentials from IAM role. with the current setting of aws which we have, it worked for me. i did not have to make any change.
