Could not find or load main class error in Talend Data Fabric 7.0.1

Hi,

I have updated my Talend studio from Talend data Fabric 6.4.1 to 7.0.1 and create new workspace.

But after that I am not able to execute some Talend jobs which was run successfully in old version.

Now it shows error:  Could not find or load main class.....

Please suggest. I have already verified the java path and its correct, also recreated workspace also.

Hello,

The error "Could not find or load main class" is usually caused by the blank space in the installation path.

Could you please check if there has blank space or special characters in the installation path or the workspace path, if so, try to re-install  your Talend Data Fabric 7.0.1 into a path without blank space.

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked installation path but their is no any space or special character in that.

This issue is present for few jobs only, all other jobs are working fine.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

I have reinstall studio and downloaded the workspace and its working fine.

All jobs executed successfully.

I've seen this happen when migrating from 6 to 7 as well. The solution for me was simply re-importing the jobs that showed the problem. I suspect the issue is tied to the way 7 generates (or is some cases does not generate) the job pom files.
