Creating new matadata for VtigerCRM like Salesforce using Talend TOS.

Hi all,

   I am going to developing new  matadata connection for VtigerCRM. which we can extract data from VtigerCRM (from all modules) using web services same like  as Salesforce CRM which is existing in TOS and also i need migrate VtigerCRM 5.1 to 7.1 version . I dont have any idea on custom metadata. please help me out from this scenario.thank you.
