Data Integration - Typical mapping and data integration document

As a data integration user, documentation is important concerning data processes.

I want to request what things do you think must be in a data mapping document ?

I can even say more than a data mapping document but a data process document, containing data mapping information, process information (the need, etc.), job schedule information (time, associated processes...)

Please can you let me know if you know a typical document ?

I would just like to know the content of the document explaining a job, according to you.
For exemple why the job is done, where the data come from, data description and mapping, what transformations are done, the time the job is scheduled,...

So someone have an example of document like this for me to see?
