Database Connection

Hello,

i have a little problem while trying to connect to an Oracle Database with TOS.

i can't get TOS to guess the schema of a table, nor add a connection to the metadata, but i can extract data from a table using tOracleInput, which confuses me.

I'm using TOS 6.5.1, Oracle Database 11, and i can connect to my DB with sqlDevelopper and Informatica normally.

I'm using a company vpn, i don't know if the problem's here or not.

this is what i'm getting, hopefully someone will know how to solve this.

Hello,

It could be a connection timeout problem. Are you trying to connect oracle with sid or service name?
