I have used a component tLibraryLoad to load a library in the project and now I cannot remove it from c:\talend..\lib\java. From the svn files I assume that it is loaded in the repository so everytime I delete it is downloaded again.

You can delete it from c:\talend..\lib\java by manual, then submit it through SVN tool.
