Do I need Enterprise Editiont to have Talend Output HL7

Hi, I've been using Talend for almost a year off and on.  Mostly we use it for Integration of various flat files from CMMS.  However, I am in need of producing HL7 info to export.  I have found several tutorials, some say depricated some don't.  I can't follow the tutorials because I don't have the tHL7.... element and I don't see it as an option in the Repository.  Do I need Enterprise Edition?
