Double numbers with "." instead of ","

Hello, i have a number in string like  "1225,084"

I Replace all "," to "." then converted to double using Double.parseDouble

Later the number show is a double with "1225,084"

Better way to show "1225.084" or "1225.09"

The tMap function is as shown below

row2.data.replaceAll(",",".")

I Noticed that exporting to CSV, it appers with "." instead ","

but characters like 1225.085 appears like that in csv "1.225.085"
Because formatted as number but contains only 1225085

There is a way to be show correct like 10.00 ?
Only 2 Decimal Places can be rounded like 10.018 to 10.02
