Hello,

So far, JDK 16 is not list in the compatible Java environments. Maybe it is a problem for your case.

Here is online installation guide about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Java Environments

With subscription soluion, it is recommended to create a support case on talend support portal so that we could give you a remote assistance(zoom meeting) through support cycle with priority.

Best regards

Sabrina

Can you stop the studio , and rename following folder :

studio\configuration\org.eclipse.core.runtime to org.eclipse.core.runtime.ori

then restart studio ?

Hello,

Does this issue only repro on your specific schema or all schemas when you add your schemas to the repository?

By using a tSalesForceInput component with only manual parameterize of the Salesforce object to load, are you able to obtain the complete schema of the object in talend studio?

Best regards

Sabrina

You should post the studio log file. You will find it here: <studio-root>/configuration/0123456789.log

and the workspace log file: <workspace-root>/.metadata/.log

BTW: as customer I would involve the support.

Did you have checked if the file system is not write only for the folder metadata?

I had such things.

Thanks for the log file. Ok the filesystem is not the problem. It is an internal error in the studio. I guess you have a subscription. Please file a support ticket!

The error message is a typical Talend error message, they actually never tell you what went wrong actually.
