Excel file limitation error

Hi,

i am loading data from database to excel files. but after loading 900000 it getting error illegal argument exceed limit.

As Excel has a maximum of 64K rows, I dont think you can do what you need - though a setting in the component may allow it (see link).

i think i have to split the excel file into two sheets or files.How to do splitting can you tell me

SSRS 2008R2 supports the .xls file extension for Excel, but these Excel files support a maximum of 65,536 records per sheet. When you try to export a SSRSreport which has more than 65,536 records it will fail to export the report intoExcel.J
