Export items not opening

Hi,

We are unable to export items from project, when we click the export items it was not showing any window.

Please help with the solution. We are using 6.3.1 Enterprise Big Data.

Is there any information (clue) in the log file located in \workspace\.metadata\.log ?

[Ranga1]

We are also having same issue....and not seeing any errors in the meta log
