First Five & Last Five Records

In a table 100 records I want output like 1st five records and last five record total 10 records should be my output in talend.

Please help me for this solution.

Is there a field that can be used to sort the records?

@Mukesh Padavala​ , if you have a field that can be sort first sort and then use tSampleRow component to get the records.
