How to create an API using Talend Cloud API Designer for MySQL/ SQL Server Database?

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a POC for a client and trying to develop an API using Talend API Builder, however, I have hit a roadblock and need help!

The requirement is simple -

I have both the MySQL and MS SQL Server database with some sample tables. 

The ask is to access these databases using an API call and display the data on a web-based front end page.

Using API builder, I can create GET/PUT requests, document them and format it in Swagger/RAML format, however, I am unable to find 

option to use a predefined/configured API for MySQL or SQL Server database, which I can reuse for my purpose.

Without having the API specification exposed, it is getting a bit difficult to create an API. 

I might be looking at the wrong place altogether as well, as I am a novice trying to use API builder.

Any help or guidance to start with would be greatly appreciated.

OS - Windows Server 2016

DB - MySQL 5.7 

DB - SQL Server 2016
