I want to add my Excell-sheet to metadata.
When I go to the wizard it only creates 1 Schema. Is it possible to create a schema per sheet (with different info) you have in your excell?
You can create different metadata for different sheet
There is an option to select the sheet while creating metadata
I guess you are overwriting an existing schema with the new worksheet structure.
Try to give them different names.
Eg. Create new excel metadata as sheet1 --> select the worksheet that you want
Duplicate that metadata as sheet2 --> edit it to select the worksheet you want for the next one and so on...
Confirm if this works.
I for example had one sheet with country names and one with state names in the same excel file & was able to create 2 metadata schema(s).
So you have to create multiple metadata for 1 single Excell-sheet?
It's not that you can have the behaviour like for a DB-connection, where you can have 1 metadata for the DB-connection, and multiple schema's for the different tables?
That is correct.
