How to extract Picklists from Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Hello,

We are able to use Talend to get all the information of an entity from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and load it into a table but we don't know how to do it with picklists. 

Can anyone help us to achieve this? Is it very different from getting an entity?
