How to extract multiple leads from Marketo

Hello guys,

I have connected my Marketo to Talend and I wish to extract my database of 1 million records.  My current connection and component configuration looks like this (based off another forum). However, I get an error as attached. Can anyone please help me?

My tFixedFlowInput  is configured like this:
