How to get the xsd for Talend metadata to import into other Data catalog tools

My requirement is to get the Talend metadata and load into other Data Catalog tool. How to get the XSDs for Talend for getting the metadata out of the XML files.

Thanks Sabrina for replay.

 

I am more interested in the Talend metadata structures (DB/File system). Similar to the metadata tables in Informatica to get metadata of Talend.
