How to read HTML data from XLS file using Talend.

Hi folks,

This is to inform you, I am not able to read HTML data from XLS file in talend. While creating metadata using this file. it's show's XML Data format. I have attached the screenshot and file also. Kindly provide your solution for this scenario.
