How to read from a db table and write to another table, row by row, if possible by sql statement to create or update rows

Just new to Talend, I am looking for a solution to transform a bunch of rows from one table to another table.

Related to the date in the row of the source, the data has to be written into the fitting column of the target table, inserting or updating a row.

Is there a component or another solution for this requirement?
