How to specify carriage return as delimiter in tNormalize

I have a column of data from IBM BigFix that lists all software on a pc, but the cell contains "software | version" on separate lines within the cell for each software installed. I'm trying to use tNormalize, but how do I specify carriage return as the delimiter?

I've tried "\r\n" but that doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

"\n" works. FYI.
