I am using Talend Open Studio, and want to use Drools, is any way to do it TOS. Note: i don`t have TIS so don`t suggest any thing which provided in TIS only.

For community version, you have to achieve it by yourself.
So far, Drools Guvnor is only available in Talend Enterprise Subscription Version(Talend Administration Center integrates the Drools Guvnor web application which enables business experts (non-developers) to easily and quickly build and change complex business logic (business rules) directly via this Guvnor interface).
