Improve performance with AS400 components

Hi,

I have a table (under db2/400) containing monthly records (2.5 Millions rows for a month) and I need them to get into another table from another library (schema) under db2/400.

It's a simple job :

tAS400Input =====>tMap ======> tAS400Output

It takes around 25 mins to run (huge considering I have 10 years history), I have tried many things such as using data storage on disk.

How can I improve the performance ?
