Is there a way to push Task in TMC to remote engine (on-prem) without executing it?

I want to perform some pre-check on a Job on Remote Engine before it gets executed on remote engine. But TMC only deploys the job to RE when it's run. Is there a way to push Task/Job in TMC to remote engine (on-prem) without executing it?
