Issue with tSalesforceInput "Unexpected element. Parser was expecting element 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/:Fault' but found 'urn:partner.soap.sforce.com:queryMoreResponse"

Hello,

Since some days, when some of my jobs between our ERP and Salesforce run, I've got the following error :

Parser was expecting element 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/:Fault' but found 'urn:partner.soap.sforce.com:queryMoreResponse';1

If I run again the job, it works 😞

I tried to find information but can't understand what can happen.

I attached the settings of the tsalesforceinput in error.

What's the Salesforce API version? Did you use any new properties? On which talend build version you got this issue?

Hello Sabrina,

I work with Talend 7.3 Open Studio and Salesforce API v37.

No we didn't implement new properties and when I launch again the job the same day, it works :(:(:(

Hello,

There might be network problem or something wrong with your salesforce server.

You could try to increase the TimeOut on the Salesforce connection and feel free to let us know if this issue repro from your end.
