JSON API not getting all rows from the source to excel

Hi, would like to ask if someone here encounter this problem, I have here my job for the extracting the data from API. For the first trest client until to java row its only requesting an access token to be pass on the second trest client, then it will extract the data to excel. My question here is there is no error, but Its only returning the header not the data, but if I change my filter it gives me the header plus the right data. is there any way to determine why is not giving all the data counts from API to excel?

Hi,

This is already resolved, try to check your header in trestclient, for me I change it from Authorization to X-Client Authorization.

Hi

from this picture - not possible to give any solutions unless You not provide full information, at least:

- what JSON format?
- what path are You use for extract data?

- what defined as Loop?

Hi vapukov,

regarding JSON data format this is the sample (see attached image) and defined the loop into the data row .. about the path sorry but can't provide you due to data security .. anyway, I'm curios because I also have the same sets of palette and their it's working fine, also on the other parameters using the same path of extraction (url of the API), I get the whole data, but some of the parameters can't return the whole value from the API.

Thanks
