Java Memory Error on Excel File

I am getting Java Memory Heap error when trying to read a big (130 MB) excel (xlsx) file during the meta-data creation step. My big file memory setting is "user mode" . When I change the setting to event based the file is read without any issues, though it took few seconds.

I tried increasing the JVM memory settings in the open studio ini file.

Any help/pointers on this topic is much appreciated.
