Job Generation error in the Talend Administrator Console.

Hi All,
I just now installed the TAC and CommandLine servers and added new job in the TAC and trying to generate that job, but I am getting following exception in the TAC logs.
Talend Version: 5.4.1
OS : RedHat 6.4 64bit
Java: 1.7.0.51

Any idea?
