I was wondering how to capture the Jobs Audits like Jobs start and end time.... also How do i capture Jobs count in target table.... how do i capture logs... How do i capture execution time and number of seconds.....
Also can you pls suggest Best practices what must be followed in terms of capturing these
I would also recommend to go through the Talend Help document around AMC. You can also think about Talend Logserver using ELK where you can see the details in Kibana Dashboard.

Other than AMC... Can you pls help me.. how to capture it without AMC... in the job level...
for eg. there is a job... i have created... so i jus need to capture Job details like Job Start and Job End time... Number of records in the target table.... and logs of the job.. etc.. i want it to be seen at the Job runtime... rather than AMC...
Could you please go through all logs and error handling components in Talend palette? Below link will help you to understand better about the components and there are sample scenarios also which you can try.

Talend logserver are easily accessible through ELK so I guess it settles everything.
